A practice used by different companies to reduce costs by transferring portions of work to outside suppliers rather than completing it internally is called Outsourcing.Outsourcing includes both foreign and domestic contracting, and sometimes includes offshoring or relocating a business function to another country. Financial savings from lower international labor rates is a big motivation for outsourcing/offshoring. In short,outsourcing means to fulfill a company/organization/personal demand by paid  to worker globally.

    

  BANGLADESH PERSPECTIVE :

Once upon a time,the concept of outsourcing was very limited.But now it is not a rare concept.Clearly,we can say,increasing or developing of information technology & the availability of internet,now freelancing is one of the best choice of young generation as well as educated old also.  Many of us say,it is very easy way to earn a lot of income.But i not only think but also realize that it is not an easy way to earn enough.Because,it is very necessary to build up a base of outsourcing work for success and for this minimum time required  is 6-10 months depending on your understanding ability.If you work hard & soul,you will must success & you will be a rich indeed.But as a reason of  our tendency to get a better job or a job quickly,we can not to keep patience directly or indirectly.Family pressure,social culture,poverty,indecision,frustration etc.are the main reason of this.

Primarily you need a computer(desktop/laptop) & a data connection.You can use a wireless modem of any mobile operator like Teletalk,GP,Robi,Banglalink,Citycell or you can use BTCL Router if you have a telephone connection or you can choose a broadband line for data connection.Recently,mobile operator companies are introduces 3G data service which are very fast for data transfer.Besides this,Wi-Fi network and Wi-Fi Router is available in Bangladesh.You will get the fastest speed from these connection.Just choose a package & start Outsourcing from anywhere.

The most important elements or materials for outsourcing is time.You have to invest a lot of time for this.You will find everything related to outsourcing  from internet & you have to utilize your knowledge & will get a decision  that what is the perfect sector for you & which work is very comfortable for you.Because,you will find many sectors of work according to various skills of expertise.Institutional education or educational background is not very essential in it.But skills of work is the focus point of online income.so,you should make yourself as a best worker of your ability & skills so that you will success.

Freelancing is the best legitimate career that I can see. Who knows, maybe in future you will develop a freelancing farm or move to website business which will create jobs for others.

At last,i want to say that it is the time to develop yourself.No tension,No worries,just join & earn,It will help our country,it will help our economic development.And it will also helpful to our future generation.
